More than 50 Vietnam welders to be selected to work for Lamprell in UAE

   Last 21 & 22/03/2015, we are honored to receive  the delegates of Lamprell from UAE.  That was the second time that Lamprell sent representatives to come and do trade tests and interviews on Vietnam welders for works in UAE.

   Lamprell, based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and with operations throughout the region, has played a prominent role in the development of the energy industry in the Middle East for over 35 years and is the regional market leader in the rig construction business. Lamprell is a leading provider of diversified engineering and contracting services to the onshore and offshore oil & gas and renewable energy industries and since its IPO in 2006 it has established leading market positions in the construction of shallow-water drilling jackup rigs, liftboats, land rigs and rig refurbishment, as well as an international reputation for complex process modules and topsides.

   Lamprell employs approximately 10,000 people across multiple facilities, with its primary facilities located in Hamriyah, Sharjah and Jebel Ali, all of which are in the UAE. In addition, the Group has facilities in Saudi Arabia (through a joint venture agreement). Combined, the Group’s facilities cover approximately 899,000 m2 with 2.2 km of quayside.

   During recruitment campaign, our welders applied for the vacancies of 6G Welder (GTAW&SMAW), 6G Welder (GTAW&FCAW), 6G Welder (SMAW&FCAW).... After the trade tests, there were more than 50 welders selected to sign the employment contract with Lamprell. These welders will work at the projects of the company in United Arab Emirates.
