IMCC was satisfied with the quality of Vietnam welders and mechanical workers

Last 29&30 Jan 2015, we have supplied successfully less than 100 qualified welders and mechanical workers for International Management & Construction Corporation – Abu Dhabi Group (IMCC) – United Arab Emirates.

International Management & Construction Corporation – Abu Dhabi Group (IMCC) conducts its business in Gulf Area through the following seven operating companies: GPC, IMAC,GSME, ADCE, TGPC, CIC. These companies are strategical located in the Musafah industrial area of  Abu Dhabi (UAE) and are equipped with their own Fabrication and Marine Load Out Facilities. The seven companies form one of the largest service orgnizations in the Gulf – Midle East region. It provides exceptional multi-product based Fabrication facilities which offers product ranges for the Oil and Gas Offshore/onshore Industry and Power/desalination plants on a single one stop shop basis, for both up stream and downstream development projects.

With over 745.000 square meters ans a work force of around 6000 plus skilled workers produce 12 million productive man-hours, supervisors and managers, these yards are capable of producing 60.000 to 70.000 tons of quality Fabricated steel structures and components per year.

That was not the first time, IMCC come to recruit manpower from our service. One year ago, the companies’ representatives also recruited hundreds of welders and mechanical workers. Currently, there are 300 Vietnam workers are serving for the projects of the company in UAE and other countries in Middle East.

In this recruitment campaign, less than 100 qualified welders, including 6G Welders (GTAW), 6G Welders (GTAW&SMAW), FCAW Welders, Structural Fabricators and Iron Workers satisfied the requirements of IMCC’s representatives. Thanks to the scientific recruitment process and the cooperation of IMCC, the interviews and trade test have been implemented successfully.
